Fonctionnalité

Un utilisateur Web possédant le profil technicien (TECH) peut traiter des interventions d'une manière équivalente au traitement d'interventions sur le mobile. Mais contrairement au mobile, un technicien web ne peux pas créer d'intervention.

Lorsqu'il souhaite terminer son intervention : Actions -> Terminer la planification. L'intervention est alors traitée par l'event de fermeture d'intervention.
